One-to-One Coaching

Whether you choose an initial 6 sessions’ or 12 sessions’ package with me depends on the goals you want to put forth and the underlying challenges that are stopping you from achieving them.
How will the sessions unfold?
𓅪 As a coach, I’m here as your greatest cheerleader and your ally. You are in charge of your own life, and you’re in the driver’s seat. Together we’ll co-create a plan to help you succeed at making any lifestyle improvements that you want to make.
𓅪 As your coach, I will be working with you to get very clear about where you are today with your overall health and well-being and we will explore together where you intend to go; enabling you to have a clear and complete picture of your wellbeing vision in the short, medium and long term.
𓅪 I’ll be your ally to help you be accountable to yourself. I'll support you in setting achievable steps that you choose to undertake which would bring you closer towards your vision. I’ll be alongside you throughout this ‘growth’ journey.
𓅪 Together we will strategise through any barriers and obstacles that come up and work through any challenges that make it difficult for you to live the optimal health you want. I’ll support you to find and develop the tools that will make your changes last.

6 Sessions Package
When you select the 6 Week Package we will have a one hour foundation session followed by 6 sessions of 30 minutes every week or fortnight.
Price: 540 USD
12 Sessions Package
When you select the 12 Week Package we will have a one hour foundation session followed by 12 sessions of 30 minutes every week or fortnight.

The minimum is six sessions of 30minutes plus 1 foundation session of 1 hour.

The foundation session involves getting to know you, your life story, your dreams and visions, which life dimensions are going well and which ones you want to improve. We will go through the contract which I share before the session. Also, before the foundation session, I invite you to complete some forms which will allow me to have a good overview on all dimensions of your life and your top character strengths.

I would recommend a 3-month package of 12, 30-minute sessions, pus the 1 hour foundation session. For behavioural change to take place, one needs time. The first couple of sessions are about getting to know each other, building trust, rapport, understanding your long term and short-term vision, and most importantly gaining important insights about you and what motivates you.

I suggest every week; some clients prefer to see me every fortnight.

You are the pioneer of these sessions. You choose your focus and we talk about it. I try to get a good understanding as to what is happening in that life dimension and normally, by the end of the session, you set yourself a concrete goal in that direction.

Most of my coaching is on zoom. I am currently based in Geneva. In person sessions in Geneva can take place.

I'm not a nutritionist or a dietician, nor a therapist. I do not hold a medical licence, but what I am is an expert in supporting behavioural change. I work with clients to help them determine what the best course of action is for their life and how it relates to where they are today in their life. I may provide some resources or information, but then I help you process it and work through it and see what resonates with you. You are really in charge of where you want to go. I work with you, so you harness your inner power and you determine your goals. I'm here to provide some background information, and then help you connect the deeper reasons as to why you want change that will move you towards your optimal self in the long run. It is a relationship that supports your own personal growth and working with me is a pathway to jump-start what makes you feel alive and whole. As a trauma informed coach, we can delve deeper into gaining insights to what is blocking you from being the best version of yourself and what obstacles you are facing that are hindering your success.
